Job Summary

Drive systems improvement for the Commerce Media advertising business, spanning Salesforce.com and connected revenue and productivity tools. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather needs, write technical stories, validate solutions, and coordinate testing and implementation. Improve usability and efficiency through enhancements, data audits, adoption campaigns, and training. Act as the bridge between teams, resolve system inquiries and issues, and help define AI use cases for the business.

•Drive large and incremental systems improvements for Commerce Media across tools and platforms.
•Bridge business and technology stakeholders by collecting needs, writing technical stories, and coordinating testing and implementation.
•Collaborate with system engineering on design and integrations to ensure optimal functionality and alignment to business needs.
•Provide training and adoption support, and deliver technical and process support for Commerce Media/advertising tools.
•Investigate and resolve systems issues and requests, and conduct quality control checks and data audits.

•5+ years of relevant professional experience with suitable education.
•Experience building and supporting advertising lead-to-cash systems including advertising portal front end and order management backend.
•Ability to drive large-scale systems initiatives (CRM onboarding, order management, lead-to-cash, productivity tools, integrations, and M&As).
•Experience gathering requirements and defining user stories with functional/user testing and business inquiry support.
•Experience implementing or managing CRM and order management (Salesforce.com preferred).
