Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the facilities Electrical Engineering and design team, coordinating loads, diagrams, and construction drawings.
  • •Maintain electrical infrastructure including substations, medium/low voltage distribution, UPS, 400Hz converters, fire alarm/protection, grounding, and lightning protection.
  • •Oversee project planning, scoping, budgeting, and short-to-mid term infrastructure development.
  • •Prepare bid documents, coordinate electrical construction, and manage office renovations, manufacturing spaces, and equipment installations.
  • •Collaborate with architectural, mechanical, structural, IT, and security teams to ensure compliant, integrated building electrical systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; professional engineering license (Arizona) or eligible to obtain within 6 months.
  • •Active DoD security clearance (Secret) and U.S. citizenship required.
  • •Minimum 10 years building electrical engineering experience; 7+ years with advanced degree.
  • •Strong knowledge of high/medium/low voltage distribution, NFPA/OSHA standards, and electrical load calculations.
  • •Experience with construction project management, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and customers.
