Key Responsibilities

  • •Own demand forecasting and financial modeling across the full merchandise portfolio, including sizing curves, sell-through, reorder scenarios, and revenue/margin targets.
  • •Lead merchandise assortment and product development for apparel, music formats, accessories, and specialty items, including sampling, approvals, and production timelines.
  • •Manage external partner relationships end-to-end (manufacturers, pressing/distribution, licensed-goods collaborators, fulfillment partners, venues, leagues, promoters), negotiating terms and enforcing quality/compliance.
  • •Execute D2C storefront strategy and e-commerce operations on Shopify, including builds, drops, pre-orders, launch coordination, and sales performance tracking.
  • •Oversee tour and event merch logistics and VIP retail operations, including routing and freight coordination, on-site retail via Atvenu/POS, and post-event reconciliation and variance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of leadership experience in merchandising within music entertainment, artist management, or streetwear/apparel industries.
  • •Strong understanding of music fan culture and streetwear trends, including print-on-demand/quick-turn and traditional cut-and-sew development.
  • •Proven experience managing a matrixed P&L with budget forecasting, open-to-buy (OTB) planning, and complex royalty framework analysis.
  • •Experience negotiating manufacturing terms, vendor SLAs, and licensing/IP guardrails.
