Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor active country performance (revenue and customer experience) on Tableau and share weekly action plan suggestions.
  • •Improve NPS and the claim management process together with the Care Team to enhance customer experience.
  • •Launch new features to the insurance offer and help ensure the current offer meets local customer expectations and requirements.
  • •Roll out new services or new pricing in coordination with country managers, legal, product, and other teams.
  • •Work on new B-to-C premium service offerings to increase customer conversion and loyalty.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional English and French (fully professional capability).
  • •Strong analytical skills with Pack Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • •Strong organizational and project management skills, including clear communication and data-driven thinking.
  • •SQL is a strong plus.
