Community Mortgage Banker

Help low-to-moderate income families meet their credit needs by counseling and pre-qualifying home buyers, explaining rates, terms, payments, and mortgage insurance, and guiding applicants through pre-qualification/pre-approval. Serve as the CRA mortgage product expert, originate first mortgage loans, and structure supporting documentation to meet regulations. Build referral relationships, represent UMB at community events, and deliver financial education while promoting first-time homeownership and bank-wide programs.
