Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the main point of contact for planning related activity for the PCC construction scope.
  • •Develop, maintain, and assure the integrity of PCC construction schedules and progress measurement systems.
  • •Manage schedule baseline integrity, including review/approval of contractor baseline submissions and support to management of change processes.
  • •Perform schedule quality and risk assessments (logic integrity, critical/near-critical path monitoring, float consumption, schedule health and variance analyses).
  • •Ensure contractor compliance with contractual planning/scheduling/reporting requirements and lead PCC construction schedule reviews, assurance, and verification activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and Advanced Critical Path Methodology (CPM), with extensive schedule risk analysis experience.
  • •Manage execution planning on multi-disciplinary, large-scale EPC/EPCC projects.
  • •Proven delivery with progress measurement systems (including earned value and performance measurement) plus baseline management and change control.
  • •Experience with delay analysis and recovery planning.
  • •Excellent communication skills to produce high-quality written reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
