Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and run the People team’s recurring cadence, including planning cycles, OKRs, offsites, and headcount strategy.
  • •Lead execution of major multi-quarter People initiatives such as M&A integration playbooks, UK employment infrastructure, ATS transition, and HRIS evaluation.
  • •Conduct People workflow audits to identify 3–5 high-impact AI opportunities and roll out AI efficiencies across People workflows.
  • •Partner with IT and Legal to establish AI governance guardrails for People workflows and advocate for policy revisions enabling broader self-service.
  • •Serve as a thought partner to the SVP of People by pulling projects off her plate and building repeatable operating mechanisms.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years across G&A/People-related functions (e.g., HR, People Ops, HR tech, BizOps, special projects, or Chief of Staff).
  • •Design, plan, and execute multi-quarter initiatives end-to-end with strong process and change management skills.
  • •Ability to manage across organizational boundaries without direct authority, aligning stakeholders and measuring impact.
  • •Experience evaluating, implementing, and managing vendors for tools such as ATS, HRIS, or other People tech.
