Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical aspects of structural engineering projects, supporting Project Managers and technical teams to achieve project objectives.
  • •Review designs and drawings to ensure accurate translation from scheme design to detailed design and final drawings.
  • •Monitor and ensure project delivery within client budget and agreed timelines.
  • •Manage, coordinate, and allocate resources for structural teams effectively.
  • •Utilize and maintain proficiency in structural design software such as Revit, Tekla Structural Designer, and other relevant tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
  • •Minimum 8–10 years of structural engineering experience, including leadership in technical delivery and team coordination.
  • •Professionally registered with PRC as Pr.Eng. for at least 8 years.
  • •Preferred: Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural), preferably M.Eng or MSc.Eng.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface effectively with clients and stakeholders.
