Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise employees and asphalt plant operations, ensuring aggregates and asphalt cement are weighed, heated, mixed, and delivered into trucks.
•Conduct pre-shift inspection and end-of-shift inspections of the plant and safety items.
•Maintain proper dryer temperature and material flow by adjusting thermostatic controls.
•Monitor gauges, dials, and machinery operation to ensure conformance to processing specifications.
•Support maintenance of plant equipment and compile reports on plant production and plant maintenance.
