Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accounting records for multiple entities in different jurisdictions and ensure compliance with invoice requirements.
  • •Review and process employee expense reports according to company policies, including receipt documentation, approvals, and VAT treatment.
  • •Prepare and submit payment requests and coordinate with the treasury team for timely, accurate payments.
  • •Maintain the general ledger and ensure supported journal entries are properly classified and posted; perform quarterly reconciliations with contractors and related entities.
  • •Support month-end and year-end close activities and participate in the implementation and migration of accounting processes to SAP.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience in accounting.
  • •English B2 or higher for daily communication.
  • •Hands-on experience with European tax and accounting regulations.
  • •Experience with accounting/finance processes across multiple countries.
  • •Participation in system implementation projects, including SAP.
