Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Senior Planning Engineer and Associate Project Managers with planning activities for schedule and cost control across the project lifecycle.
  • •Review contractors’ work programs during pre-construction to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • •Monitor supervision project schedules, investigate delay reasons, and recommend corrective measures to contractors.
  • •Track contractor daily activities and resource allocation against the project plan; review contractors’ submittals (e.g., staffing proposals, shop drawings, method statements).
  • •Assist with progress reporting, drawing/specification version control, testing and commissioning plan review, and preparation of take-over/defect liability/final completion documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • •5+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning industry in a top tier regional/multinational consultancy firm.
  • •Knowledge of construction supervision services and international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Proficiency in scheduling and planning software (e.g., Primavera).
  • •Ability to communicate in spoken and written Arabic and English, with strong analytical/problem-solving, time management, and presentation skills.
