Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct branch operations to ensure effective, efficient performance in accordance with bank policies, security procedures, and legal and regulatory requirements.
  • •Supervise and train branch staff, manage scheduling/workflow, conduct sales coaching and security/sales training, and complete performance appraisals and corrective actions.
  • •Maintain cash controls by balancing daily transactions, handling deposits, and verifying teller and on-premises cash.
  • •Oversee customer service activities, resolve customer requests and complaints, counsel customers on financial needs, and acquire new business through sales calls.
  • •Administer commercial loan functions by interviewing applicants, reviewing and evaluating loan requests, preparing submissions for the Commercial Loan Committee, monitoring construction loan advances, and assisting in collections.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
  • •At least five years of related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
  • •At least five years of lending experience, including Commercial Lending experience.
  • •Thorough knowledge of bank services and products and understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements.
  • •Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills with attention to detail and ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
