Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop an external partnership roadmap aligned to a 3-year innovation roadmap and emerging trends.
  • •Scan academic, startup, and industry landscapes to identify technologies, capabilities, and potential partners.
  • •Lead partner scouting, evaluation, feasibility and innovation scoring, and partner onboarding (including NDA and co-development agreements).
  • •Collaborate with portfolio managers and PMO teams to translate innovation challenges into partnership briefs and co-creation initiatives.
  • •Oversee a centralized innovation ecosystem platform/database and track partner data, engagement history, collaboration outcomes, and innovation KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Innovation Management, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in innovation, strategy, portfolio management, or process improvement roles.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • •Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • •Experience using digital tools and innovation frameworks (e.g., Stage-Gate, Lean Startup) with KPI development.
