Job Summary

Lead and grow a team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions in complex enterprise customer environments. Coordinate blended delivery squads of Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists, setting engineering standards, unblocking escalations, and accelerating moves from sketch to production-ready deployments. Serve as the final technical escalation point across the Salesforce platform, LLM techniques, data pipelines, and agentic orchestration while partnering with Product, Engineering, Services, and Account Success to drive adoption and roadmap feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Directly manage and grow a blended delivery team deploying Agentforce solutions across enterprise customer environments.
•Own capacity planning, talent acquisition, staffing, and delivery metrics to ensure enterprise-scale deployments.
•Recruit, mentor, and develop Technical and Strategic Builders while fostering an inclusive, psychologically safe engineering culture.
•Provide ultimate technical authority by escalating complex architectural challenges across the Salesforce platform, LLM techniques, data pipelines, and agentic orchestration.
•Partner with Product and Engineering on pilots and beta rollouts, translating field insights into features while driving agentic adoption from pilot to production.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership steering cross-functional engineering or technical teams, including hiring, mentoring, and scaling technical talent.
•Deep architectural understanding of AI, LLMs, and the Salesforce ecosystem, with hands-on experience in enterprise software implementation, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.
•Direct, hands-on experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform, including orchestration to unblock enterprise scale.
•Strong enterprise customer focus with executive-level communication and influence, able to work effectively with customer CTOs and enterprise architects.
•A ship-it mindset with strong problem-solving, resourcefulness, and a get-things-done approach to drive solutions shipped to production.
