Drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capability development across Pernod Ricard markets by defining the RGM maturity roadmap and building deployment plans for RGM tools and processes. Lead adoption of the Vista Rev’Up solution in selected markets, supporting local launch, tracking progress, and ensuring measurable post-go-live impact. Translate market needs into scalable solutions with Data & Tech teams, support trade terms optimization, and animate a global RGM community through quarterly sessions.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the RGM maturity roadmap across Pernod Ricard markets and build implementation roadmaps for priority markets.
•Support markets in deploying and adopting the Vista Rev’Up solution, including local project launch support and methodology/tool presentations.
•Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure on-time delivery with measurable post-go-live adoption and business results.
•Contribute to the design and development of RGM tools for pricing, promotion analytics, and trade terms optimization; translate market needs with Data & Tech teams.
•Support trade investment efficiency and trade terms management initiatives, and facilitate the RGM global community through quarterly sessions.
