Job Summary

Own end-to-end contracting and procurement for major goods and services supporting a projects portfolio. Lead sourcing development, RFP/RFQ creation, supplier pre-qualification, commercial evaluations, negotiations, bid reviews, and contract award documentation. Manage post-award activities including amendments and dispute/escalation support, while aligning procurement strategies with stakeholder objectives and internal KPIs for cost savings, PO cycle time, and tracking.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the full range of procurement processes for contracts in a cross-functional environment, prioritizing work by criticality and time requirements.
•Develop contract strategies and execute successful contracts, including supplier/contractor pre-qualification, sourcing development, and bid review team support.
•Prepare and administer RFPs and/or quotations, develop commercial evaluation criteria and weightings, and complete commercial reviews and bid comparisons.
•Negotiate commercial terms and conditions, write and issue award recommendations, and issue purchase orders and contracts for equipment, materials, services, and construction packages.
•Handle post-award contracting activities, including contract amendments and support for contractual conflict/dispute resolution escalations.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of relevant contracts experience, preferably supporting major projects (> $15M).
•Strong knowledge of contracting principles, including the ability to research, analyze, negotiate, and close contract types ethically.
•Experience developing RFP/RFQ and completing commercial evaluations and bid comparisons for competitive awards.
•SAP MM and Ariba experience is a benefit; excellent computer skills including ERPs, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
•Demonstrated relationship-building, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently and in teams under competing deadlines.
