A Shift Loss Prevention Lead

Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance systems, inspecting access points, and controlling entry and exit of employees and visitors. Lead daily reporting of incidents, irregularities, and surveillance activities while responding to alarms and emergency calls. Maintain a safe, secure environment through knowledge of security procedures and effective performance under stressful conditions, including supervisory duties for subordinates.
