Key Responsibilities

•Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products to recommend appropriate solutions.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and drive periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell existing customers and perform outside sales activities (e.g., onsite presentations, business sales calls, community financial literacy events) as directed.
•Establish working relationships with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and refer customers; guide CSRs on sales and referral processes while meeting goals and upholding risk, confidentiality, and conduct standards.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Must complete S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment through NMLS (MU4R questions/registration required).
