Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal support to the Agency Finance business as a trusted advisor to transaction and internal partners
  • •Partner with Agency Finance, Risk, and Compliance to evaluate GSE/FHA program requirements and develop compliance policies and procedures
  • •Track and manage negotiation of sub-servicing documentation for Freddie Mac securitizations and interpret sub-servicing obligations
  • •Engage and oversee outside legal counsel effectively and efficiently
  • •Advise Commercial Bank partners on communications with external parties and lead strategic industry/regulatory initiatives

  • •Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • •Active member in good standing of at least one state bar
  • •At least 4 years of experience as an attorney (law firm, government agency, military judge advocate, or in-house counsel)
