Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Regional Head of Legal and Local Legal Contacts in handling a broad spectrum of legal matters throughout the APAC region.
•Manage legal workstreams for regional and organization-wide initiatives, including new product developments, outsourcing arrangements, and strategic projects.
•Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver practical, risk-balanced legal advice that supports commercial objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
•Work closely with business teams, operational functions, Group legal and local legal contacts to ensure timely, practical, and solutions-oriented legal support.
•Provide legal assessments and interpretations in response to legislative or regulatory changes across APAC.

Key Requirements

•5-7 PQE qualified in Hong Kong, Singapore, PRC, and/or other APAC countries
•Background in insurance/financial services industry is advantageous
•Mixture of law firm and in-house experience desirable
•Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement and ability to work independently
•Ability to provide legal assessments and interpretations in response to regulatory changes across APAC
