Key Responsibilities

  • •Build proposals and execute small-to-mid complexity consulting projects focused on client value on time with zero rework.
  • •Foster long-term, mutually beneficial client relationships as a trusted advisor to mid-level client touchpoints and coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • •Manage project delivery by coordinating team members, planning execution, and ensuring on-time outcomes.
  • •Conduct complex analytics and turn workforce/people data into meaningful insights delivered through compelling presentations.
  • •Contribute to thought leadership through content development, research, roundtables, and client events, and support business development by pitching and customizing proposed solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •1-5 years of relevant experience post master’s or 4-7 years post graduation in compensation & benefits, rewards strategy, job evaluation, incentive design, skill gap analysis, organization restructuring, and talent management projects.
  • •Bachelor’s/master’s degree in a related discipline (HR, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or Business Administration) and/or MBA/PGDBM.
  • •Relevant pre-MBA experience in the areas of compensation, rewards, and talent solutions.
  • •Intermediate to advanced skill with MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • •Advance Excel and analytics skills (preferred), including R; predictive analytics and statistical modelling/linear regression are desirable.
