Serve as the day-to-day point of contact, carry a book of business with a personal retention/renewal/upsell revenue number, monitor campaign performance, and lead end-of-flight reviews. Maintain rigorous SLA and CRM hygiene, build reporting decks, and use AI/automation (e.g., Claude) to scale your output while partnering with Sales and Network Performance.
