Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.

  • •Required certifications: CSA and at least 1 CIS-(any) and CAD; Senior level requires CAS and at least 3 CIS(Any) and CAD.
  • •Strong ServiceNow architecture and data model knowledge, plus proficiency with JavaScript/GlideScript and ServiceNow tooling.
