Job Summary

Help lead a UGG retail store by partnering with the Store Manager on recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team. •Implement visual merchandising directions and maintain store/merchandising standards while supporting performance evaluations.

Key Requirements

•2 to 5 years minimum retail store management experience (preferred).
•Associates degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
•Strong communication skills to convey the company’s vision and mission to team members and customers.
•Excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
•Flexibility of schedule/hours and ability to travel as needed.
