Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and repair equipment and company assets across all phases of the operation.
  • •Maintain and repair a variety of electromechanical equipment in a food processing environment.
  • •Provide technical support and perform troubleshooting using technical and training manuals.
  • •Comply with safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF requirements, including handling and distributing cleaning chemicals and recording data.
  • •Perform general housekeeping duties and other work assigned by the supervisor, including rotations if applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of one (1) year of maintenance work experience (or graduation from an industrial maintenance training program).
  • •Proficiency in multiple skill clusters such as basic electrical, electrical controls, fluid power, mechanical systems, welding, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
  • •Ability to understand technical and training manuals.
  • •Strong communication skills.
  • •Ability to perform physical requirements, including pushing/pulling/lifting up to 75 pounds and climbing stairs/ladders.
