  • •Interface with program quality teams, programs, suppliers, customers, and IPT to support technical, quality and financial performance and compliance
  • •Establish effective relationships with external and internal customers and key partners
  • •Manage and influence across multiple levels of stakeholders to drive success
  • •Self-start, define problems, explain impact, draft plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive solutions
  • •Ensure quality of delivered products and services, manage quality risks, and drive continuous improvement across programs

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of engineering and quality experience
  • •Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems
  • •Experience in providing technical program support on a team that develops software/firmware
  • •Experience with RCCA and continuous improvement
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required
