•Own Anthropic’s global partnerships strategy, coordinating internally to build a coherent, tracked portfolio of coalitions, alliances, memberships, and third-party relationships across regions.
•Scope and execute policy partnerships programs in newly expanding markets, including where vendors or precedents are still emerging.
•Manage the policy events portfolio, including Anthropic-hosted tentpole programs and presence at partner conferences.
•Build and maintain relationships with key third-party stakeholders (civil society, academic, and private-sector leaders) and represent Anthropic’s policy positions directly.
•Create systems that track, measure, and optimize partnerships and convenings impact, and manage/develop a small team while building playbooks and templates for regional execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 295,000 - 345,000 annually

•Make judgment calls in ambiguous situations by synthesizing incomplete information, identifying blockers, and driving decisions as strategy evolves.
•Understand U.S. federal, state, and local policy dynamics and can orient quickly in new jurisdictions.
