Cost Manager role responsible for end-to-end cost management on real estate projects, including feasibility, cost planning, tendering, contract administration, and post-contract cost reporting. Leads cost management activities, collaborates with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and supports digital cost-management tools (The Hive, CostX, eTender Platform) to deliver value and carbon reporting.
