Job Summary

Join the engineering team in Yantai to deliver capital projects from concept through completion. You will oversee project execution and ensure safety, quality, cost, and timeline objectives are met. Collaborate with design institutes, suppliers, stakeholders, contractors, and technical partners to drive construction and commissioning excellence, manage construction plans and permits, and support contract execution, change orders, and project closeout.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee full project execution including health, environmental protection, safety, constructability, construction planning, cost and progress control, and quality assurance.
•Coordinate with design institutes and suppliers, and participate in engineering design review and optimization.
•Drive construction and commissioning strategy, including shutdown planning and on-site interface management across project phases.
•Prepare and control construction management plans, mobilizing resources, people, and facilities to support delivery.
•Ensure compliance with safety requirements (job safety analysis and work permit systems) and manage contracts, change orders, and project closeout.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a related field.
•Experience in construction, project management, or related roles.
•Solid understanding of safety, health, and environment practices in projects.
•Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across multiple projects.
•Analytical thinking, with ability to handle complex project situations, and good written English and communication skills.
