  • •Own an integrated view of international performance across countries, regions, and Consumer/Enterprise/API/Developer businesses to guide growth and investment decisions.
  • •Partner with regional GMs and functional leaders to shape country strategies spanning Product, Sales, Growth, and Brand Marketing, Partnerships, Communications, and Policy.
  • •Lead regional financial planning and forecasting, tracking budgets, headcount, capacity, investments, and risks against the company plan.
  • •Build and operationalize investment frameworks and scorecards, leading business reviews to track metrics, surface risks, and drive follow-through decisions.
  • •Design decision rights and escalation paths across a cross-functional organization; strengthen acquisition and retention measurement with Marketing/Growth/Data Science and enable scalable AI-enabled workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Finance, investment banking, consulting, private equity, or related operating roles.
  • •2+ years of Strategic Finance experience at a high-growth technology company, including meaningful partnership with international and Marketing/Growth/GTM teams.
  • •Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including managing complex budgets and translating market and investment tradeoffs into decisions.
  • •Proven track record serving as a trusted thought partner to executives and cross-functional leaders.
  • •Comfort designing planning processes, operating cadences, scorecards, or investment frameworks that drive measurable business outcomes.
