Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to the Manufacture Director and animate a team of about 40 artisans (including ~10 experienced artisans as tutors).
  • •Pilot the “Production tutorée” workshop, ensuring artisan autonomy and tracking training/production outcomes from February 2027.
  • •Deploy monitoring and evaluation tools defined by EHSF in line with training obligations (Qualiopi) and coordinate with the EHSF training manager.
  • •Ensure production quality and adherence to Maison savoir-faire and best practices for delivered products.
  • •Manage people and HSE: run periodic reviews/objectives, support savoir-faire/savoir-être, maintain social climate, and enforce hygiene-safety-environment and ergonomic practices (prevent TMS).

Key Requirements

  • •Be manager of a team or have at least 5 years of experience as an artisan with missions such as tutoring/trainer/referent, showing strong interest in team animation and pedagogy.
  • •Contribute to improving artisans’ progression through the training model to meet quality and timing requirements.
  • •Demonstrate knowledge of production management and the ability to monitor and analyze performance indicators (delivered hours, quality, productivity, attendance).
  • •Show leadership and management skills: autonomy, initiative, ability to mobilize a collective, and strong communication and assertiveness.
  • •Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, environment and ergonomics rules, including vigilance on risk situations and accident/near-miss learning.
