Job Summary

Lead the overall performance of a premier wellness retreat in the Hunter Valley, driving financial results, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Provide strategic leadership across spa and wellness, hotel operations, and food & beverage, and grow revenue through wellness experiences, retail, packages, and partnerships. Report to the Cluster General Manager and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team with a positive culture, while ensuring compliance and WHS standards.

•Lead the retreat’s overall financial performance, including revenue, profitability, budgeting, and forecasting.
•Drive operational excellence across spa and wellness, accommodation, food & beverage, and hotel operations.
•Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest service and presentation standards.
•Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and foster a positive workplace culture.
•Identify and pursue commercial opportunities to grow revenue through wellness experiences, retail, packages, and partnerships.
