Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical packaging knowledge to multidisciplinary teams (Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Supply-Chain, FSQ, Regulatory) to support optimal packaging design.
  • •Lead packaging development projects, independently delivering scenarios and recommendations for alignment.
  • •Deliver technically NPD, VE, and supply chain projects through R&D governance and best practices.
  • •Lead packaging-from-a-packaging-perspective supply chain projects, including implementation of new equipment (filling and packaging lines), commissioning packaging formats, and supporting CAPEX maintenance.
  • •Support packaging development with new, improved, or more cost-efficient packaging, strengthen the team through coaching, and ensure delivery of quality attributes with robust risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed packaging, engineering, or science degree.
  • •8+ years of experience in packaging development within a complex/matrix organization.
  • •Lead large or complex packaging projects independently, including providing scenarios and recommendations to align stakeholders.
  • •Strong understanding of packaging materials and formats, including ability to translate PPWR legislation into technical concepts.
  • •Strong communication skills for informing, influencing, and presenting complex topics to non-technical audiences.
