Key Responsibilities

  • •Own project-based manpower planning for UIR installations, upgrades, and relocations to support ramp-up demand.
  • •Coordinate with local Operations teams to translate project needs into executable manpower plans.
  • •Align manpower plans with KM activities including training, OJT, and cross-skill enablement to accelerate readiness.
  • •Act as the local planning focal point and global interface for Taiwan UIR manpower topics, including presenting in WW planning meetings.
  • •Lead planning and capability-building projects to improve flexibility, scalability, responsiveness, and translate business changes into forward-looking roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in project management roles with project delivery ownership.
  • •Strong experience in manpower planning, project planning, or operations coordination.
  • •Ability to work independently while influencing across functional and regional teams.
  • •Strong English communication skills to represent the site in WW meetings.
  • •Structured, data-driven mindset with high ownership and execution discipline.
