Job Summary

Own project-based manpower planning for UIR installations, upgrades, and relocations to support ramp-up demand. Partner with local Operations teams to translate project needs into executable manpower plans and align those plans with KM activities such as training, OJT, and cross-skill enablement. Serve as Taiwan’s focal point for WW UIR planning, presenting in global meetings and driving improvements to manpower planning models and capability roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

•Own project-based manpower planning for UIR installations, upgrades, and relocations to support ramp-up demand.
•Coordinate with local Operations teams to translate project needs into executable manpower plans.
•Align manpower plans with KM activities including training, OJT, and cross-skill enablement to accelerate readiness.
•Act as the local planning focal point and global interface for Taiwan UIR manpower topics, including presenting in WW planning meetings.
•Lead planning and capability-building projects to improve flexibility, scalability, responsiveness, and translate business changes into forward-looking roadmaps.

Key Requirements

•Several years of experience in project management roles with project delivery ownership.
•Strong experience in manpower planning, project planning, or operations coordination.
•Ability to work independently while influencing across functional and regional teams.
•Strong English communication skills to represent the site in WW meetings.
•Structured, data-driven mindset with high ownership and execution discipline.
