Job Summary

Build and improve brokerage operations workflows by embedding with teams across Brokerage Operations, AML/Compliance Supervision, Trade Desk, Treasury, and Margin Supervision. Key Responsibilities

•Embed with enablement teams (Brokerage Operations, AML/Compliance Supervision, Trade Desk, Treasury, Account Operations, Margin Supervision) to understand workflows and friction points.
•Automate high-volume manual workflows end to end, covering regulatory reporting through journal entries, reconciliations, collateral monitoring, liquidations, and registered-plan administration.
•Advance risk oversight for leveraged offerings by building automated alerts, managing liquidation processes, and performing daily reconciliations with external vendors.
•Partner with the AI agentic workflows team to ensure solutions are accurate, secure, auditable, and reuse shared components.
•Surface recurring “invisible problems” by identifying patterns across workflows and feeding insights into regular R&D planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 151,200 - 189,000 annually
