Oversee startup, shutdown, and production execution while operating equipment via PLC-driven HMI. Troubleshoot basic issues, document production data and lot numbers, and run ASTM thickness/weight tests on samples. Coordinate product/recipe changes, stage raw materials for the next shift, manage work orders in Fiix CMMS, and partner with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and the SikaSafe program.
