Job Summary

Lead high-level technical development for assigned apparel styles, taking concepts from design through production-ready hand-off. Partner with design to translate fit intent into 3D/physical proto samples and ensure fit, construction, and BOM meet quality and cost targets. Own product specifications and records, lead fit sessions, and collaborate with standards and costing teams. Mentor mid-level and associate TDs while driving special projects and process efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and lead technical development of assigned styles from design concept through production-ready hand-off.
•Own and maintain product specifications, style files, Bill of Materials, and associated records/samples.
•Partner with design and cross-functional teams to articulate fit intent and advise on construction and fit.
•Plan and track prototype development schedules; work with standards to align products to TNF fit standards and guidelines.
•Schedule and lead fit sessions, mentor associate and mid-level TDs, and manage relevant Workday functions. Data-driven support for approvals and special projects/process optimization.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 103,680 - 129,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Degree in tech design, patternmaking, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
•6+ years of experience in technical design.
•Fluent English; any other language is a plus.
•Strong product acumen and working knowledge of apparel product development processes, tools, systems, including sourcing and manufacturing.
•Excellent collaboration with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deadlines.
