•Lead executive and senior recruitment across Qantas’ Corporate portfolio.
•Partner with senior leaders to influence hiring outcomes and uplift workforce capability.
•Build strategic talent pipelines and deliver market-leading sourcing solutions.
•Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies with senior leaders and HR partners.
•Uplift capability across the TA team through coaching, best-practice recruitment, continuous improvement, and quality outcomes.

•Extensive, relevant Talent Acquisition experience managing end-to-end recruitment for executive and senior roles across Corporate functions.
•Strategic mindset focused on driving innovation and continuous improvement in recruitment.
•Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement, including exploring innovative sourcing approaches.
•Proven talent pooling, headhunting, and networking across relevant talent markets, with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters advantageous).
