Key Responsibilities

•Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for enterprise platform capabilities that enable exceptional onboarding and long-term customer success.
•Own the roadmap for enterprise-critical features including SCIM-based provisioning, SSO/SAML, RBAC, and the external API/integration surface.
•Own the demo infrastructure—environments, tooling, and configuration management—to ensure stable, production-representative demonstrations kept current with releases.
•Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to understand procurement blockers, security review patterns, and enterprise deployment challenges and translate them into the roadmap.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Security, and Technical Program Management to deliver reliable, compliant platform capabilities and define the extensibility strategy (API surface, integration patterns, partner ecosystem, developer experience).

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a B2B SaaS business.
•Proven track record owning platform, infrastructure, or enterprise-readiness products with direct commercial impact (e.g., identity & access management, integrations, demo/sandbox infrastructure).
•Conceptual fluency in enterprise authentication and provisioning standards including SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM, OAuth, and RBAC.
•Ability to prioritize outcomes by balancing long-term platform investment with short-term enterprise deal demands.
•Strong cross-functional leadership aligning Engineering, Security, Sales, Legal, and executive stakeholders around a coherent platform strategy.
