Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience supporting fast-paced operational environments (e.g., operations, manufacturing, fulfillment, pharmacy, logistics).
  • •Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation and demonstrated employee relations experience with sound, practical judgment.
  • •Experience partnering with senior business leaders to solve complex organizational and people challenges in a growing business.
  • •Experience building or scaling People practices, processes, or organizational capability in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
