Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and ship complex, critical platform components including backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • •Build AI/ML-powered product features end to end by integrating models and designing production systems and data flows.
  • •Drive hands-on technical design for scalability, performance, security, and cost within your team/domain and implement the solutions.
  • •Apply engineering best practices across the SDLC (code quality, testing, security, observability, operational excellence) and raise the bar through code reviews and writing.
  • •Ensure compliance with healthcare and data-protection requirements (HIPAA, GDPR) and own reliability through debugging, profiling, hardening, and incident response.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
  • •Deep hands-on coding expertise in modern languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go) and writing production code daily.
  • •Strong software design skills across distributed systems, backend services, APIs, and data-intensive architectures.
  • •Experience building and integrating AI/ML into products, including operationalizing models in production.
  • •Hands-on experience operating production systems (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, performance tuning, incident response) and familiarity with healthcare compliance/standards (HIPAA, GDPR, FHIR, HL7) or ability to ramp quickly.
