Job Summary

As a Production Associate, you’ll support order fulfillment by receiving order slips, gathering products by hand or with a forklift, assembling orders for pickup, and safely staging and loading completed pallets. You’ll also perform routine forklift maintenance tasks such as battery recharging, lubricating, fueling, and cleaning, while keeping your assigned area clean and orderly. You’ll work directly with customers in a friendly, professional manner and complete required internal certifications.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive customer order slips from a supervisor, gather products by hand or with a forklift, and assemble orders for pickup.
•Safely operate a forklift to move completed pallets to staging areas or load pallets onto vehicles.
•Work directly with customers in a friendly, professional manner to check orders.
•Perform basic routine forklift maintenance, including battery recharging, lubrication, fueling, and cleaning.
•Maintain housekeeping in a clean and orderly fashion in the assigned area.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of related trade experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Must be able to pass an internal certification program.
•Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
•Speak effectively with customers and employees.
•Previous experience operating a forklift or other heavy equipment (e.g., front-end loader or bulldozer).
