Key Responsibilities

  • •Scale and grow the HR Engineering team by hiring, onboarding, and training engineers to support Workday and HR functional areas.
  • •Provide functional and technical leadership and mentoring to team members.
  • •Supervise day-to-day activities of the Workday instance.
  • •Design processes, guidelines, and documentation; analyze requirements with stakeholders and drive planning, development, testing, and implementation.
  • •Identify automation opportunities, support HR system upgrades/patches, manage vendor RFPs, and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Key Requirements
