Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with product leadership as the embedded analyst across cards, payments, and platform to define metrics, build dashboards, and inform roadmap decisions.
  • •Design and analyze end-to-end experiments, including hypothesis, sizing, instrumentation, readout, and follow-on prioritization.
  • •Conduct deep-dive analyses on partner usage, activation, retention, and economics, translating findings into clear recommendations.
  • •Own the product metrics framework, including what is measured, how it is measured, and what “good” looks like across surfaces.
  • •Build self-serve analytics, dashboards, and tooling, and collaborate with data engineering on event/ledger data models to enable fast, trustworthy analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of analytics experience operating as the analytical partner to product teams at a product-led company with a strong engineering culture and high quality bar.
  • •Exceptional analytical rigor and product judgment; can scope problems, design analyses, and own recommendations autonomously.
  • •Expert SQL and strong fluency in at least one analytics scripting language (Python or R).
  • •Experience with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or similar) and BI/visualization tools (Lightdash preferred).
