Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality, memorable learning experiences across Branch, Cafe, and Business Banking lines of business to support associate performance and business objectives.
  • •Demonstrate and apply adult learning theory and facilitate learning through engaging discussions and real-life operational examples.
  • •Manage training logistics including rosters, class times, participant communications, learner surveys, and LMS maintenance.
  • •Assess associates’ readiness by ensuring foundational skills are demonstrated and understanding is achieved.
  • •Evaluate training success using client needs and learning objectives, incorporate survey feedback, and provide feedback to content developers on effectiveness and sequence.
