Job Summary

Join the CRM team in SEB Baltics to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of CRM processes and customer relationship services. You’ll define requirements and estimate effort, perform manual and automated testing, and create test plans, cases, and scripts. Work with developers and product ownership to identify and track defects, verify fixes, and support integration, deployments, and releases from a QA perspective.

•Contribute to defining requirements and estimating development effort.
•Perform manual and automated testing.
•Identify, document, and track software defects.

•Ensure solution integration and smooth deployments as QA responsible, including troubleshooting and verifying bug fixes.
