Job Summary

Lead the design, planning and execution of a region-wide wellness program within the Allianz ecosystem, coordinating with MARCOM, BD, HR and providers to deliver impactful wellness campaigns, data-driven reporting, and seamless end-to-end wellness services for insured members.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, plan, market and execute wellness initiatives and programs aligned with customer needs.
•Gather and analyze data to measure program success and compile statistical summaries of attendance and campaign activity reports.
•Support BD team in preparing wellness presentations for tender submissions.
•Coordinate with Business Development/Relationship Managers and clients for wellness campaigns and discount packages for insured members (End-to-End arrangement).
•Create and update wellness processes and procedures and maintain the monthly wellness calendar with MARCOM and BD.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree
•Five or more years of experience in insurance, healthcare, or wellness program development
•Physically fit to carry out duties
•Legally permitted to work in the country of operations
•Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
