Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and oversee program scope, objectives, and strategic direction aligned to learning and development goals.
  • •Create and maintain program plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables for workshops, conferences, and bespoke training programs.
  • •Lead end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent projects to deliver on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
  • •Monitor program performance using KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks, and provide actionable insights.
  • •Coordinate event delivery and logistics (venue, travel, accommodation) and manage stakeholder communications, governance, risks, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.
