Learning Program Manager

Lead and coordinate a portfolio of learning and development initiatives to promote payment solutions to financial institutions. Own end-to-end program operations across Europe, including planning, execution, KPI monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and governance. Manage risks, dependencies, resources, and communications while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, executive-level learning events and training programs, with 25% travel from London (hybrid).
