Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop procurement management strategies and best-practice procurement vision, policies, processes, and procedures to improve operational performance.
  • •Research vendors, maintain supplier/material/service information, and place orders for technical equipment that meet business requirements.
  • •Provide market insights and communicate supply strategy implications to align stakeholders and support long-term partnership relationships.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in strategic sourcing using measurable goals, financial/quantitative data, and identified metrics/tools/processes.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, contribute to incident reporting and resolution, and manage financial and budgetary requirements for relevant spend areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years relevant procurement experience.
  • •Proficiency in engineering principles and technical specifications to understand project requirements and communicate with suppliers.
  • •Strong analytical skills to evaluate supplier proposals, assess technical compliance, and identify cost-effective solutions.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, plus understanding of procurement processes and regulations.
