Key Responsibilities

  • •Review assigned task cards with the Maintenance Manager to understand work priorities, documentation requirements, and cautions before starting.
  • •Prepare and perform scheduled aircraft maintenance per task cards, ensuring required documentation, parts, tools, and GSE are available and used correctly.
  • •Conduct test and inspection tasks to identify, record, and report defects or damage in line with approved maintenance procedures.
  • •Troubleshoot and rectify defects according to Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and Engineering Department instructions.
  • •Sign off maintenance tasks within the scope of your authorisation and manage communications, safety, human factors, continuity, and handover for assigned work.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years’ experience certifying maintenance on the Airbus A320 family of aircraft.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience in a Base or Line Maintenance environment.
  • •Ability to review assigned task cards with the Maintenance Manager to understand priorities, documentation requirements, and cautions.
  • •Knowledge to perform maintenance according to issued instructions, including obtaining and using required documentation, parts, tools, and GSE.
  • •Capability to sign off maintenance tasks within the scope of own authorisation and ensure task cards and associated documents are completed to the required standard.
